Welcome to the website of Raffaele Cipriano, an Italian conductor, opera coach, and composer based in the Kansas City area.

Dr. Cipriano is the Director of Orchestras at Washburn University, Assistant Conductor of the Topeka Symphony Orchestra, Artistic and Music Director of the Overland Park Orchestra, conductor of the Classical Symphony of the Youth Symphony of Kansas City, and Music Director of the Lawrence Opera Theatre. He is a three-time national finalist for the American Prize in Conducting (2024, 2025, 2026).
